Happy Birthday, Julia!

Julia Child would have been 100 years old today. An influential chef, writer, and woman, Julia Child remains one of my earliest memories. My Old Memere (French Canadian great grandmother)loved Julia and her show "The French Chef". Six years old sitting on Old Memere's lap I can remember Julia making chicken carcasses dance. PBS has hosted a 10 day celebration of all things Julia and the gem above is why I donate to public television. Enjoy.
